An agent that replies only with the information you approved. If it does not have the answer, it says so and alerts a person instead of making it up.
One inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, the reviews on your Google Business listing and the chat on your website: you can pause the agent and take the conversation over at any point, even while it is replying.
It checks your availability in Google Calendar before proposing a time; with write access turned on, it also books, reschedules and cancels appointments with your confirmation.

A reply is a message the agent sends to one of your customers. Messages your team writes from the inbox do not count, nor do the alerts we send you, nor what you try in the simulator. If your plan includes 1,000 replies, that is 1,000 outbound agent messages: in a normal business, around 250 conversations of four messages.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?
We warn you at 80% and again at 100%. At 100% the agent stops replying: conversations keep arriving in your inbox, flagged for your team to handle, and if you left it turned on your customers get a courtesy message saying someone will get back to them. We never move you to another plan on our own: you can buy a top-up of 1,000 more replies for US$19 (US$15 on Pro), wait for your next cycle, or move up a plan. Posts, images and reels work the same way: once you hit the limit, nothing else is published until the next cycle. A post with an image uses one post and one image from your allowance.
What do I pay Taply and what do I pay Meta?
Everything on a single Taply invoice, from the Inicio plan up. You pay Taply for the plan. WhatsApp Business belongs to Meta and the account is in your business's name; the conversations Meta charges for reopening outside the 24 h window go on your Taply invoice, at the same price Meta charges, by country and conversation type. We add no markup.
What is the founder price?
It is the price for the first 20 businesses that join: US$69, US$159 or US$399 a month depending on the plan, for 12 months. In exchange we ask to be able to tell your story once the agent is up and running. After those 12 months the plan returns to its list price, and the date is written into your contract from day one.
How does yearly billing work? Do prices include tax?
If you pay by the year, you pay for ten months: two months free. Prices are in US dollars and before tax; they are charged in your local currency at the day rate and, in euros, at the same figure. The conversations Meta charges for go as a separate line on your Taply invoice, at Meta’s own price.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan is cancelled whenever you want and stays active until the end of the month you already paid for; we do not refund months already charged. The yearly plan and the founder price carry a 12-month commitment, because the discount is in exchange for that term. Your data and your conversations are yours.
