Contact
Contact
The way to reach Taply is email: contact@gettaply.com. It is the same address published in the privacy policy and in the terms, and it handles sales and support questions as well as requests about personal data.
We write and reply in Spanish and in English. We do not publish a phone number or a postal address for support: everything is handled by email and from the dashboard itself, so every request leaves a written record.
What to include in your message
So the first reply is already useful instead of a request for details, include whatever applies to your case:
- The email you log in to Taply with, so we can find your account.
- The channel involved (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Business or the chat on your website) and, if it is about one conversation, when it happened.
- What you expected the agent to do and what it did instead.
- If it is an API failure, the
x-request-idheader from the response: it is what lets us find the exact request in the logs.
Support for your account
Most of what people ask can be solved from the dashboard itself: connecting or disconnecting channels, reviewing what information the agent is using, pausing it, taking over a conversation or unlinking Google Calendar. You can log in at app.gettaply.com with the account you already have. If you don't have one yet, you can create your agent right there.
Developers and integrations
If your question is technical — authentication, endpoints, error formats, connecting Taply to another system — start with the developer portal, which describes the API and links to the specification. You can also go straight to the OpenAPI specification or the health endpoint, both public and unauthenticated. If something is still unresolved after that, write to the same address with the endpoint and the x-request-id.
Privacy and data
Requests to access, correct or delete personal data, and any question about how we handle your business's information or that of the people who write to it, are handled at contact@gettaply.com. The detail of what we store, what for and for how long is in the privacy policy, with a short summary at /en/privacy.
